Share,Chat and Work On Your Documents At the Same Time

As we have started to embrace the virtual life, most us are forced to work on our projects remotely. While many use different software to make this a possibility, did you know that you can share, chat and work on your projects at the same time if you already have Microsoft 365(Business or Education subscription)? Yes, I did include chat, from within the application (say Word for example), interesting isn't it?

All you have to do to is follow these simple steps:

1. Open Microsoft 365, either the software or the web application (Let’s assume word for this scenario but is possible with others as well).
2. Click the share button on the top-right corner.
3. Now you can either copy the link or you can enter the e-mail address of the people you want to share it with.
4. If you chose to copy the link, share the link to your colleagues and they should be able to open up the project now.
5. To chat with your colleagues (works only if they are editing the file simultaneously), click their picture > chat.

Chat away! Oh, don’t forget to work on your project as well.
